"Pope of Flint" starts drawing his pension. On his 65th birthday Harm Paulsen one of the foremost Experimental Archaeologists in Europe, starts drawing his pension from his work in the Archaeological State Museum of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
He develope and influenced Experimental Archaeology and Archaeo-Technicians as no one else in Germany. His main idea was always to mediate "living history" to visitors and to the mass media. He was a leading cooperation partner involved in research and experimental reproduction of the equipment of "Oetzi", the frozen mummy from the Ötztal-Alps in Italy.
